This is a lovely molded glass decanter with a silver plated neck and a crystal stopper. The wide flat base is designed to not spill on the ocean.
I don't believe this is the original stopper simply because it's crystal and the bottle is molded glass. But, the shape of the stopper perfectly matches the shape of the throat. The stopper has some chipping, as shown in the last 3 photos.
The bottle itself is 7 1/2" wide across the base and 8" tall.
